How to place an order?
Browse our catalog, add your products to the cart, then click "Order". Follow the steps to enter your shipping and payment information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal and Shop Pay for secure payment.
Are my bank details secure?
Absolutely! All payments are encrypted and secured through Shopify Payments. We never store your bank details.
Can I modify my order after it has been validated?
No, that's not possible; you'll have to place a new order.
Contact us immediately via our Contact page. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to offer you a goodwill gesture.

What are the delivery times?
• France & Europe: 3 to 10 business days
USA: 2 to 7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Do you deliver to Belgium, Switzerland and other countries?
Yes! We deliver throughout Europe and to the United States. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. You will be able to track your package in real time.
I haven't received my package, what should I do? First, check your order tracking. If the delivery time has passed or the package is lost, contact us with your order number, and we'll find a solution quickly.

Do you accept returns?
No, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

What should I do if my product is defective or damaged?
In the exceptional case that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with:
•A clear photo of the product
•A video showing the defect or damage.
•Your order number.
We will review your request and offer you a suitable solution. How do I get a refund?
Refunds are only granted for defective or damaged products, after your request has been validated with supporting evidence (photos + video). The refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.

What is the shelf life of the products?
All our products are new and have a shelf life of at least 12 months. The expiry date is indicated on each product.
